Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire estate management function, covering infrastructure, facilities, landscaping, environment, security, and resident services.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the township / estate with high service standards and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance property value, sustainability, and community satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and ensure transparent governance of estate operations.
• Build strong engagement with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to foster a vibrant and sustainable community.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development for the estate management team.
