Accounting and Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to lead and oversee our financial and tax operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations, managing financial processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tax compliance, financial planning, and corporate finance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to local and international tax compliance processes.
• Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors as required.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Develop corporate finance strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors and Founders.
• Maintain and monitor cash flow, including planning, forecasting, AR / AP, and all in-out transactions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for Management on a routine basis.
• Optimize finance and accounting processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide advisory support on accounting policies, compliance requirements, and financial best practices.
