Job Description

As the Head of Marketing, your main responsibilities will include :

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand positioning and increase product visibility in the market.

Lead go-to-market strategy, including product launches, customer acquisition campaigns, and digital-first initiatives.

Build and optimise performance across digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, SEO / SEM, email, and online partnerships.

Drive creative, impactful campaigns that enhance brand image and consumer understanding of Sharia-based insurance benefits.

Oversee market education programmes to promote awareness, trust, and relevance of Sharia insurance solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Distribution, Digital, and Compliance) to ensure cohesive brand communication.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Marketing should have :

Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, online customer engagement, and performance-driven marketing strategies.

Proven track record in go-to-market execution and scaling online channels to drive brand growth.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns and brand storytelling.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

Professional presence with excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Passionate about promoting Sharia financial products and educating the public on their benefits.
