We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in the manufacturing lubricant sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, talent management, and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employee development

- Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and conflict resolution
