Uraian TugasMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the data center industry. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets for data center products and services. Strong understanding of data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and managed services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Job Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with data center clients, acting as the primary contact.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for data center solutions.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on data center industry trends and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
- Possess deep knowledge of data center products (e.g., colocation, cloud, connectivity) to provide consultative solutions.
- Manage and track sales pipelines in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
