Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter, Work Plans, Risk and Issue Logs, etc.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with goals
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks or project issues
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, quality assurance, business analysts, etc.)
• Manage change requests and ensure they are documented and approved
• Schedule project meetings and capture meeting minutes / action items
• Assist with project audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
