Information Technology Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team at PT Fata Organa Solusi. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering technology projects across our organization, ranging from advanced AI initiatives to user-focused web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that every project is completed on scope, on time, and within budget. Your leadership and strategic oversight will be essential in driving operational excellence, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring that our solutions meet both business objectives and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating members to meet project goals and milestones.
• Own full project life cycle from initiation to deployment for major initiatives and oversee multiple related projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Procure resources, manage day-to-day project activities, chair project management team meetings, monitor performance, and complete reviews.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; communicate across leadership; understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions address client goals while adhering to industry best practices.
• Report on project success criteria and metrics, manage test and deployment activities, and contribute to practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature capabilities.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
• Manage project and program issues and risks to minimize impact on baselines; provide on-site leadership to motivate teams and ensure adherence to responsibilities.
