Head of Marketing (Retail)

Our client represents a portfolio of iconic global fashion and lifestyle brands in Indonesia and is seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to lead and oversee the company's full-spectrum marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support brand and commercial objectives
• Oversee all marketing functions including brand campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, events, and CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams, global brand principals, and external agencies to deliver consistent and impactful marketing initiatives
• Drive omni-channel strategies to enhance customer engagement across online and offline platforms
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Manage the marketing budget, track performance, and report key metrics to senior leadership
