Job Description

As a Solution Manager, your main responsibilities will include :

• Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to address client needs effectively.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Analysing market trends to identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
• Managing project budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Providing guidance and solutions to clients according to their business goals
• Tracking and reporting on project performance and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Manager should have

• Proven 4+ years experience as a Solutions Manager / Pre-sales position
• Strong analytical skills to assess and address complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Proven experience in IT solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise system integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise clients or public sector projects is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
