Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or other ICT related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in ICT, networking, or telecom engineering, with strong exposure to solution design or pre-sales role. Proven background in solution design and pre-sales support. Technical expertise in at least two domains : Telecommunications (Fiber, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet) IoT and Smart Technologies ICT Security (Firewalls, IDS / IPS, VPN, Cloud Security) Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Strong technical writing skills for proposals and documentation. Professional certifications in ICT Infrastructure, ICT Security, or Networking are preferred. Prior experience managing ICT projects in the mining or manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage. Expertise in solution architecture and system integration. Familiarity with industry standards / frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, ISO27001 a plus). Hands-on knowledge of major ICT vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.). Awareness of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and hybrid networking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Sales Engineer / Senior ICT Solution Architect to strengthen our ICT Solutions team. This role is critical in designing innovative ICT architectures, supporting pre-sales activities, and guiding enterprise clients through technical transformations.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise across Networking, Telecom, IoT, and ICT Security, with proven experience in engaging clients, developing proposals, and delivering robust solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Role Purpose
- Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design ICT architectures covering networking, telecom, IoT, and / or security solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Products, Operations, Sourcing) to deliver competitive and aligned solutions.
- Provide technical input for RFP / RFQ responses and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for both customers and internal teams on ICT strategy and best practices.
