Lead Researcher

Overview

Design and lead high-impact learning activities while mentoring participants throughout their applied AIML research journey, bridging academic exploration with real-world Apple technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and challenge-based learning activities aligned with the Apple Machine Learning Research Lab curriculum.
• Serve as academic and technical mentors for students, providing guidance in research direction, project execution, and Apple ML technology implementation.
• Lead and supervise applied machine learning research projects across interdisciplinary themes (business, healthcare, creative industries, psychology, etc.) using Apple platforms (iOS, watchOS, macOS).
• Collaborate closely with Apple AIML expert and ensure research excellence across all domains.
• Oversee the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) systems using Core ML, Create ML, and related Apple technologies.
• Act as principal investigators in research collaborations and industry-linked projects, ensuring technical relevance and educational value.
• Support the generation of patents or academic publications as outcomes of successful projects, though publication is not the primary objective.
