Part-time UX Researcher in Southeast Asia

We are looking for a part-time UX Researcher in Southeast Asia to support Tencent, Mihoyo, and other game franchises.

As a UX Researcher, you will lead research on different types of games (e.g., FPS, Anime Game). Your project experience will ensure that our game design decisions are informed by robust and strategic research insights.

You will collaborate with product managers, data analysts, UX designers, game designers, developers, and studio leaders to champion UX research that connects deeply with our player base and addresses the most crucial design challenges in the developing games.

Responsibilities

• Carry out research using a variety of methods, including playtesting, usability testing, balance testing, focus groups, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, card sorts, and exploratory research.
• Develop and maintain strategic research plans for assigned projects.
• Communicate summarized research results directly to development teams for discussion and implementation.
