Uraian TugasBachelor\'s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a drafter, preferably in project sales within aluminum finished goods, aluminum composite panel (ACP), or related industries. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent relationship-building skills. Proficient in drafter-related tools such as CAD and SKP. Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a drafter engineer located in the head office in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and plans, specializing in architectural and civil, and using technical drawings to help the sales department and applicators achieve success in every project with zero complaints. You will also collaborate with customer teams to provide shop drawings, prepare cost estimates, go to the construction site before and during construction to understand site requirements and changes, ensure work complies with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings and plans for architectural and civil projects.
- Assist sales teams and applicators with drawings and project documentation to support successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with customer teams to provide shop drawings and prepare cost estimates.
- Visit construction sites before and during construction to understand site requirements and changes.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
