About the role
As Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind Gratyo Indonesia organic marketing & branding strategies, with a strong focus on insightful customer-centric executions. You will lead the Leads Generation Team in executing strategies with excellence and delivering exponential growth for the company.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Senior Management, with proven leadership & achievement in national or multionational companies, preferably but not limited to business services or management consulting firms such as Mckinsey, Accenture, or other significant companies.
Background in Management Consulting, Education & Training to B2C, Business Services, or premium high end Consumer Goods.
Proven track record in achieving exponential growth through organic marketing strategies.
Strong expertise in brand positioning for intangible (service-based) products.
Customer-centric mindset with many insightful experiences in B2C market.
A visionary & situational leader with strong strategies into action with excellent executions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic : Develop, lead & implement Gratyo’s marketing strategy to drive exponential growth and align with business goals.
Brand Management : Build and position Gratyo’s brand for optimal impact and customer loyalty.
Go-to-Market : Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including digital strategies and online campaigns, as well as events and offline channels to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
Market Insight & Analytics : Analyze consumer trends and market data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
Budget & ROI Management : Manage marketing budget effectively while tracking KPIs and reporting campaign ROI.
