• Develop a sound Engineering Operations, Maintenance and CAPEX Budget
• Drive Energy Reduction to lower Green House Gasses emission / Global Warming
• Drive improvement of residences facilities through application of new technologies
• Drive the Engineering Development & Training programs
• Ensure operational preparedness of Emergency Response Team
• Ensure proper implementation of the Critical and M&E systems PM program
• Ensure proper implementation of the tenant unit PM program
• Ensure proper implementation of the Public Areas and HOH PM program
• Ensure that fire safety systems are in constant working order
• Implement approved CAPEX, Minor Improvement and Renovations projects
• Maintain good relationships with authorities and related support parties
• Manage Maintenance & Repair expenses to support residences' Financial goals
• Manage Utilities expenses to support residences' Financial goals
• Operate all Engineering M&E systems optimally and to SLIM standards
• Use Continuous Improvement Processes to analyse and eliminate complaints
