Responsibilities
- Handle product certification in accordance with government regulations and requirements (SNI, Energy, Postel, MKG, K3L, and PI).
- Monitor industrial / manufacturing policy changes and participate in reviews related to industrial / manufacturing status (Quality and Demand).
- Support product planning based on the annual marketing plan and product function selling points.
- Assist in product launch activities according to the launch conference planning schedule.
- Provide training for new model line‑ups, including selling points and product specifications.
- Collect macro industry information through multiple channels and research methods.
- Gather competitor‑related information such as product specifications, pricing, promotions, key selling points, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Analyze target user groups, including their behavior, characteristics, and response patterns.
- Collect and summarize market information and target user demographics using mainstream market analysis tools and methods.
- Compile product technical points and parameters for internal and external reference.
- Check, prepare, and maintain product catalogs and detailed product specification documents.
- Support marketing events and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related field.Work experience in the home appliances industry, especially with refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners (AC) is strongly preferred.Familiar with basic product management, market research, and competitor analysis.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Excellent communication, coordination, and cross‑department collaboration skills.About the Company
