Uraian TugasProvide first and second-level technical support, resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and other authorized applications. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and hardware upgrades on IT equipment. Manage and accurately document all service requests and resolutions within the ticketing system. Provide basic support for Mac OS and mobile devices (iOS / Android). Minimum 18 months of professional experience in a desktop support role. Proven hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS Office 365. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification (or higher). Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
