Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and month-end / year-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with PSAK, OJK regulations, and IFRS standards.
- Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and regulators (OJK, tax office, etc).
- Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and group consolidation reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
- Streamlining accounting systems and processes for greater efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA qualification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in the insurance / reinsurance or financial services sector.
- Solid knowledge of PSAK and IFRS, and familiar with regulatory reporting to OJK.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good Leadership with can do mentality.
