Overview
We’re looking for a Project Management Officer who will support our expansion projects for new brands and work closely with various divisions – including outlet crews, marketing, operations, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects for ghost store launches across multiple locations.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, supply chain, and third-party platforms (GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, etc.) to ensure smooth store activation.
- Analyze market potential and prioritize locations for ghost store openings.
- Develop launch plans, timelines, and KPIs for each ghost store project.
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization strategies.
- Create SOPs and playbooks to streamline future ghost store rollouts.
- Report progress and performance metrics to the Growth Manager and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.1–3 years of experience in project management, business development, or operations (F&B or e-commerce experience is a plus).Fresh graduates with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset are welcome to apply.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented attitude.Seniority level
