The Learning Innovation and Technology Officer will support reviewing and analyzing current business processes to enhance value through ICT, designing and managing learning technology strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in reviewing and analyzing current business processes for ICT enhancements.
• Design, develop, and manage learning technology strategies, roadmaps, and budgets.
• Benchmark similar applications, programs, and systems.
• Manage consultative services to improve effectiveness and efficiency through ICT.
• Ensure proper documentation of application development processes.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external parties to meet project goals and timelines.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
• Analyze and propose methods for alignment with organizational needs.
• Support integration and implementation processes.
• Evaluate needs assessment results and proposed findings.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions.
