About the Role

This role will provide technical level GIS training services to clients and deliver a user experience that is consistent with our client experience vision.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Conduct training for various clients as needed on Esri technologies, ensuring the highest level oflearning and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Assess training needs based upon organizational and business unit goals and prescribe appropriate learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods.
• Plan and implement training associated with new technology deployments and upgrades.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum, design courses and creatematerials to develop and implement learning solutions that will improve business performance.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in Esri technology and applications and makerecommendations for enhancements to training programs and support processes as appropriate.
• Manage and maintain Esri Indonesia learning management system to operate properly.
• Involve in project delivery regarding developing apps to gain project experience.
• Work as a member of a team to ensure clients receive a highly professional service

About You

You will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Manage, facilitate, control, and report training & development activities, training need analysis, training implementation, training data record based on user needs.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a proven experience in conducting training and dealing with solving clients’ difficulties regarding ArcGIS.
