What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve business targets, develop their potential, and build a culture of excellence.
- Drive new business opportunities and expand StickEarn’s footprint by building long‑term partnerships with clients, agencies, and media owners.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers to unlock business opportunities and strengthen StickEarn’s industry presence.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to align with company growth goals, ensuring StickEarn remains competitive in the ad‑tech industry.
- Analyze sales performance, market data, and customer insights to guide decision‑making, identify growth opportunities, and help the team achieve targets.
- Stay ahead of market trends in advertising, media, and technology, using insights to advise internal stakeholders and clients.
- Partner with business and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of advertising solutions and client satisfaction.
- Own and drive revenue targets, with a focus on sustainable and scalable growth across StickEarn’s product suite.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.Proven leadership experience in a senior sales or business development role (preferably as Sales Director, Head of Sales, or equivalent).Strong networking ability, with an established track record of building trusted relationships with senior executives.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the media, advertising, or ad‑tech industry.Excellent business development skills, with a consultative approach rather than purely transactional selling.Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and able to use insights to drive strategy, coach teams, and achieve sales goals.Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.A strategic thinker who is also hands‑on, able to balance big‑picture vision with execution.Proven ability to build, coach, and inspire high‑performing teams.Highly adaptable, analytical, and resilient, with a strong drive for results.What We Offer
