Job Responsibilities
- Sell Completion and Well Intervention products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.
- Handle standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contribute to pricing and conditions with a certain level of granularity.
- Work based on predefined contract price frameworks with some latitude to deviate.
- Manage diverse clients within a region.
- Coordinate with technical sales support to realize sales.
- Focus on small to medium-sized territories.
Work Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of sales experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Completions and / or Well Intervention.Good oral and written communication skills.Interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.Work Flexibility
