Area Sales Representative - Completions & Well Intervention

Job Responsibilities

Sell Completion and Well Intervention products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.
Handle standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
Contribute to pricing and conditions with a certain level of granularity.
Work based on predefined contract price frameworks with some latitude to deviate.
Manage diverse clients within a region.
Coordinate with technical sales support to realize sales.
Focus on small to medium-sized territories.

Work Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of sales experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Completions and / or Well Intervention.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to influence others and lead small teams.

Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
