As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing a portfolio of B2C clients. Your focus will include loan, savings, investment, and loyalty products. The role requires strong field sales skills, high mobility to meet clients in person, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets. You will work independently while collaborating closely with product, operations, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth for funding and lending products (e.g. savings, deposits, KTA, KMK, investment offerings).
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through field visits, referrals, and inbound / outbound leads.
- Manage and expand your personal sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive client retention and referrals.
- Monitor and report sales activities using CRM systems and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and all applicable financial regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth onboarding and customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail banking, financial services, or fintech, with a strong record of sales performance.Deep understanding of financial products, including loans (KTA, KMK), savings, deposits, investment instruments, and loyalty programs.Proven success in customer acquisition, portfolio development, and target achievement.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially in face-to-face settings.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with CRM tools or mobile-based sales platforms.Willingness and ability to meet clients in person as part of regular sales activities.Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
