• Accountable As The Official Flag Bearer For The Indonesian Market To Lead The Company Realising Its Potential Whilst Operating Efficiently And Complying To Local Laws And Regulations
• Develop And Determine The Most Suitable Business Strategy For Infrastructure Services In The Indonesian Market To Increase The Company's Growth Potential And Revenue
• Collaborate With The Head Office To Conduct Market Studies And Assessments With The Aim To Capture Strategic Market Opportunities. Collaborate With Company's Leadership To Strategize How To Roll Out The Best Business Model For Indonesia
• Lead All Business Development Activities In Indonesia To Drive Infrastructure Services' Business Growth And Revenue. Provide Insights And Advice For The Business Development Activities For The Indonesian Market Towards Maximising Growth Opportunities
• Accountable To Manage The Company's Existing Operations, Projects And P&L In Indonesia As Per AOP To Satisfy Clients' Agreed Requirements And Achieve Optimum Profitability
• Drive All Commercial Negotiations With The Clients, Business Partners, Vendors And Service Providers To Ensure Deadlines Are Met And Targets Are Intact
• Manage And Develop Professional Relationships With The Clients, Government Officers (locals And Provincials), Policymakers, Stakeholders And Key Decision-makers In An Effective Manner To Enhance And Safeguard The Company's Interest, Image And Reputation In The Country
• Synthesize Monthly, Quarterly, And Annual Reports On Business Progress, Market Intelligence And Market Development Activities Directly To Head Of Infra Services & Client Solutions
