Job Description

• Serve as the leader for the Human Resources team in the people operation division.
• Advise, counsel, and influence the business leadership team in executing HR strategy for supporting business needs.
• Drive organizational transformation and change management in a manner that is acceptable to stakeholders.
• Lead talent management, performance management, compensation benefits / total rewards, organizational development, employer branding, recruitment, and compliance management to ensure the business is running well.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction.
• Advise on areas for improvement, especially in HR and business initiatives related to HR.
• Lead the performance management and talent management processes.
• Lead initiatives across the HR team.
