What you will do

• Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
• Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget..
• Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
• Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research
• Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.
• Conducts site inspections.
• To handle all aspects of familiarisation / site inspection clients or groups including enquiry, co-ordination and execution thereof.
• Responsible for post-fam / site inspection group follow-up such as sending “Thank You Letter” and developing a potential client’s database for future business opportunities.
