We are seeking for an Activity Admin who can deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily admin tasks, support studio operations, and ensure smooth client experience at our wellness studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service : Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and positive attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere.
  • Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive information about classes, schedules, and studio policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist new clients with registration processes and class bookings.
  • Administrative Duties : Manage various forms of communication, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, effectively.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately and confidentially.
  • Process payments, memberships, and class packages with precision.
  • Schedule and confirm class bookings, workshops, and private sessions efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, including retail products and studio supplies.
  • Ensure the reception area and studio premises are consistently clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support instructors with class setup and perform facility checks (e.g., wireless microphones, water dispensers, yoga equipment) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in promoting studio events, workshops, and special offers to maximize participation.

Requirements

  • Required : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a significant plus.
  • High sense of urgency and agility in managing daily tasks and unexpected situations.
  • Preferred : A Diploma or High School degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a coworking or related field.
  • Experience working in a multinational company environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
  • Bali Based.
