Uraian Tugas

Overview

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Admin - Retail Apparel to join our team at PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia' in Bali. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes for our retail apparel business.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the procurement of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies for our retail apparel operations
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensuring timely replenishment of stock
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of materials and goods
  • Preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise
  • Supporting the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management, ideally in the retail apparel industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
