Position : Director of Sales

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5–7 years in senior hotel sales leadership with a proven record of revenue and market share growth
• Expert in account strategy, segmentation, pricing, and RFP processes for corporate / MICE
• Strong leadership to coach, set KPIs, and drive pipeline productivity
• Excellent stakeholder management with owners, brand, and key city accounts
• Data-driven, proficient with CRM, forecasting, and revenue collaboration
