Strategic Execution Lead

Overview

The Strategic Execution Lead in the CEO Office Division is responsible for supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives across all functions and business units within the company. This role will work closely with the CEO to identify and prioritize key projects for each ecosystem within the organization. The Strategic Execution Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key projects for each ecosystem within the organization.
• Develop project plans and timelines for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO on the status of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and business units to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic planning and execution.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
