Dept Head - Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Dept Head :   Investment Associate . This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, solid transactional experience, and a passion for infrastructure and technology investments.

As an Investment Associate, you will support the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from financial due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysis to execution and portfolio management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to assess new opportunities and drive value creation across portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new investments, M&A, partnerships, and strategic projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, market and competitive analysis, and financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis to support internal decision-making
• Prepare internal reports and presentations for senior leadership and board-level review
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, engineering) to evaluate strategic fit and operational implications of investments
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including data gathering, internal coordination, and documentation
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and identify opportunities for optimization or expansion
• Track trends in digital infrastructure and other relevant sectors to support long-term strategic planning
