Contracts Manager is responsible for aligning scope of work with contract agreements between Kuehne + Nagel and Client and between Kuehne + Nagel and its vendors. The CM will be responsible for identifying gaps between SOW and Client contract. The role will also ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies and industry standards.

How you create impact

• Contract Execution Management :  Overseeing execution of contract of Tangguh UCC Project.
• Drafting & Negotiation :  Reviewing and refining contract documents, as well as negotiating terms with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Compliance & Risk Management :  Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards, and conducting risk analyses.
• Performance Monitoring :  Monitoring the ongoing compliance of all parties with the contractual obligations and ensuring all terms are adhered to.
• Record Keeping :  Establishing and maintaining a structured and easily accessible system for all contract-related documents and records.
• Implementing a project contracting methodology and execution :  establish and implement project change order and variation order protocols, tracking and record keeping
