Specifier Manager (Building Material Company)

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Specifier to join our team in the building material industry. This role is responsible for introducing, promoting, and ensuring that the company’s products are included in project specifications for commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential construction projects that align with the company’s product portfolio.
• Approach and conduct product presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Ensure that the company’s products are specified in project documentation and tender lists.
• Provide technical support and detailed product information to industry professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to follow up on ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with market trends, architectural design movements, and new materials in the construction industry.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, client visits, and business development activities.
