Store Expansion Manager

Uraian TugasBachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in home appliances or phone accessories. Great proficiency in English Proven leadership experience managing multiple retail stores. Strong ability to develop and execute sales and operational strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in inventory planning, supply chain management, and vendor relations. Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement plans. Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support multiple branch managers to ensure business success.
- Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Set sales targets for branches and provide guidance to achieve them.
- Ensure consistent customer experience and brand standards across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock distribution among branches.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue analysis, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Represent the company at industry events, supplier meetings, and networking engagements.
