Job Description
- Research and analyze potential markets and locations for new store openings
- Assess potential sites for new stores based on customer traffic, local demographics, competition, and other important factors
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with landlords, property owners, and agents to get the best lease terms.
- Manage all aspects of opening new stores, working with internal teams (such as finance, construction, sales, etc.) and external vendors (consultants, contractors, etc.)
