Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth for Payments – Lead SEA regional initiatives to drive, expand, and scale digital payment adoption through product innovation, business improvement, and market competitiveness.
- Business Innovation – Develop and execute direct strategic action plans to boost key payment metrics such as conversion rate, cost-to-income ratio, CPO, and CPB—driving higher adoption, stronger retention, and cost optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to align priorities, deliver outcomes, and achieve business goals.
- Project Planning & Execution – Own the end-to-end project lifecycle : scoping, planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
