Uraian TugasBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, urban planning, or business administration. Proven track record of 10 years experience as Site Expansion Manager in retail Hypermart business background. Extensive knowledge of the retail and property development landscape in East Jakarta and Indonesia. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Overview
PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, a leading retail company, is seeking a General Manager to lead their Site Acquisition & Expansion division.
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan strategies to identify suitable regions or cities for business expansion in alignment with the company’s target market.
- Conduct location surveys and analysis, and lead negotiations with landlords, property owners, and developers (experience in purchasing land for retail hypermarkets).
- Develop and implement a networking strategy to support the achievement of expansion targets.
- Analyze business processes and act as a bridge between business requirements and system development needs.
- Conduct property site visits to monitor performance, ensure goal execution, assess capital requirements, and analyze market potential.
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Organize, lead, and evaluate the Site Expansion team to ensure optimal performance and goal achievement.
