They are a unicorn from India and have received their Series B funding last year.

Job Description

The client is looking to hire the first Country Lead to spearhead its launch in Indonesia. Reporting to the CEO or founder, the high-caliber candidate will be responsible for launching, setting up, developing, and implementing the business strategies to ensure Indonesia is launched successfully. The individual will be the first key hire in Indonesia, but will eventually lead multi-functional teams. Other key responsibilities include :

• Managing the full P&L for the whole operation in Indonesia — leading and executing the success of the business through strategic planning and market analysis.
• Identifying potential local partners to facilitate the market entry and build a revenue pipeline.
• Understanding the value proposition to potential clients and increasing revenue opportunity by offering innovative products.
• Overseeing the setup of local operations, identifying risks and challenges associated with entering a new market, and adapting the business practices and products to suit the local market and culture.
