We are seeking a KOL Partnership to manage day-to-day relationships with TikTok creators in the U.S. market. The role focuses on influencer coordination, campaign support, and relationship nurturing to build long-term collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Build, reach out and maintain relationships with TikTok KOLs and Brands.
- Act as the key coordinator between creators and internal team to ensure smooth communication.
- Support KOLs during onboarding, including contracts, campaign briefing, and product delivery.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to influencers / KOLs, ensuring they have the right creative direction and campaign guidelines.
- Monitor KOL content quality, ensure deliverables are completed on time, and escalate issues when needed.
- Track influencer / KOLs performance metrics and prepare regular campaign reports.
- Organize KOL check-ins, review sessions, and feedback sharing to strengthen collaboration.
- Assist in identifying high-potential creators and nurturing them for long-term brand partnerships.
- Keep track of industry and TikTok trends, proposing ideas to improve collaboration strategies.
- Support influencer / KOL events, training, or live sessions as part of engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (Preferred from reputable university)1+ years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or campaign coordination.Familiar with TikTok ecosystem, short-form content, and creator monetization models.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in e-commerce, social media, or internet companies preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
