About the Job
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you are responsible to source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and job specifications.
- Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, employee referrals, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with relevant departments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports and metrics.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
- Support onboarding processes and provide a smooth transition for new hires.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.About Kawan Lama Group
