Bancassurance Manager

Location : South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand bancassurance partnerships with banking institutions.
• Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for general insurance products (property, motor vehicle, health, travel, liability, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, ensuring mutual growth and target alignment.
• Conduct training, joint business reviews, and performance analysis with bank partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, underwriting, and marketing) to ensure business execution excellence.
• Monitor market developments and identify new bancassurance opportunities.
