The Challenge

Transform technical-focused family business into professionally-managed operation capable of doubling revenue while maintaining market leadership and customer relationships.

Timeline : 18 months to operational independence

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead complete organizational restructuring
  • Separate ownership from management operations
  • Build scalable systems for $10M+ revenue
  • Transform technical team into commercial powerhouse
  • Establish governance and accountability frameworks

    • Must-Have Experience

    10+ years General Management in B2B distribution / trading

    3+ family business transformations as lead executive

    Technical B2B industry (chemicals / ingredients preferred)

    Indonesia market experience with bilingual capability

    MBA or equivalent strategic leadership qualification
