FINANCE MANAGER - INDONESIA

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and oversee accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Consolidate and present financial performance to management and institutional investors (CFM and Norfund).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Develop KPI dashboards and ensure consistent reporting to management and shareholders.

Compliance & Governance

Cashflow & Treasury

Audit & External Liaison

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful audits and statutory compliance.

Tax & Regulatory Management

Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

Design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure operational integrity.

Investment & Business Support

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with the Group CFO, local GM, and regional teams to align financial goals with business strategy and ensure smooth execution.

POSITION HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

Formal Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
