Responsibilities
- Data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets and CEO’s KPIs
- Store planning and visual merchandising
- Prepare competition analysis to identify best locations to place company brands
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
- Undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs
- Manage daily operations of counters and channels
- Monitor stock in each shop, ensuring adequate supplies
- Develop retail operation policy & SOP to drive excellent operation
Qualifications
At least Bachelor’s degreeExperience in F&B Industry of at least 7 years is a mustStrong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence othersAble to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changesPossess organizational skills and ability to coordinate sales operations across a retail chainExcellent oral and written communications in EnglishSeniority level
