Overview
PT. Inovasi Teknik Asia, a PMA company (Foreign investment company, newly incorporated and domiciled in Central Jakarta) which being engaged in trading of
a) Mining and Mineral Processing equipment e.g. Belt Conveyor accessories, Vibrating Screens, Centrifuges, Cyclones, 2-roll / 4-roll Crushers and sizers along with spare parts,
b) HVAC, Bag filter, Air-conditioning, Chiller, cooling towers
c) Electrical, instrumentation and automation items, PLC systems with SCADA, Valves, Pumps. Solar Battery (with Hybrid inverter), Safety switches, Pressure- Temperature- Level Instruments, Online Ash & Moisture Analyzers (Nucleonic & Laser based), Belt Scales, Truck Weighing scales, IOT, Control Panels and Power Distribution Panels / MCC / PCC / PDB, High Voltage and Medium Voltage cables, conductors and switchgears, Low Voltage cables and switchgears, Installation & O&M services of various equipment and systems including Genets, solar battery, compressors, lighting Systems, High Mast Towers etc.
Experience : 2 – 5 Years for Sales Engineer, 5-9 years for Sr. Sales engineers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical, instrumentation, and automation sectors. Candidate having good client base in Mining, Oil & Gas, Paper and Textile industry, OEM etc. will be preferred
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and systems, providing detailed technical consultations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product capabilities and benefits.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales quotations, bids, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.Proven experience in sales engineering within electrical, instrumentation, or automation industries.Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Skills
Experience with project management and solution design.Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.Bilingual language skills are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
