We are seeking a seasoned Head of Security to join our family theme park in Bali. This role is responsible for ensuring a high level of safety and security across the entire property, ensuring that visitors and staff enjoy a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Lead, train, and manage the security team to maintain high standards of vigilance and responsiveness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously update security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and other relevant agencies to manage any security or emergency situations.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend proactive security measures to safeguard the property and its assets.
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure security equipment is operational and up to date.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on security-related matters to senior management.
