Responsibilities : Design and implement comprehensive market research strategies to support business decisions in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving industry.
Develop frameworks to assess consumer trends, behavioral shifts, and perceptions around vaping products and alternatives to combustible tobacco.
Actively finding on local and global regulations affecting market preference / trends, particularly those relating to tobacco and e-cigs products.
Monitor and analyze market size, category trends, channel dynamics and emerging competitor activity.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Legal, and Communications teams.
Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors’ strategies, pricing, innovations, and positioning Support product development teams with insights on user preferences, flavor trends, and innovation opportunities.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Min 8 years in qualitative and quantitative research, global and key local market research agency, preferably in regulated industries such as tobacco, electronics, consumer goods and / or retail.
Proven track record leading research initiatives from design through execution and insight delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Qualtrics, SPSS, Tableau, Nielsen, Mintel, or similar.
Expert of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and implementation Ability to translate data into clear, impactful business narratives. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Willing to do overseas business trip.
