Job descriptionDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Service Engineer or in a similar role Extensive knowledge of CNC machine technology, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Able to handle troubleshoot problems with CNC Machine Lathe / Lathe / Machining Center both mechanical and electrical problems Skills : SOLIDWORKS CAD / CAM / CAE; Other software such as SOLIDCAM Other Skills : 3DPrinting, CNC machining (milling and turning)
Overview
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on CNC machines to maintain their optimal functionality.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns.
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients on the proper operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our CNC machine capabilities.
- Collaborate with the broader engineering team to share knowledge and best practices.
